Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee beans. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will work to make it right.

We gladly offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • There was a quality issue with your coffee

Non-Returnable Items

Merchandise & Equipment Returns

Non-coffee items (such as mugs, apparel, or brewing equipment) may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Once your return or issue is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If a replacement is issued, we will provide tracking details once your new item ships.
