Ah, the French Press. Simple, quick, timeless.
French Press
What You'll Need:
French Press
Coarse-ground coffee
Hot water (195–205°F)
Stirring spoon
Timer
Brew Ratio: 1:15 (e.g., 30g coffee to 450g water)
Brew Time: 4 (ish)minutes.
4 minutes is not an exact science.
We would recommend letting the coffee steep for at-least for minutes but after that adjust time to your taste preferences
Steps:
Heat water to 195–205°F.
Add coarsely ground coffee to the French press.
Pour hot water evenly over the grounds. Stir gently.
Place the lid on without plunging and let steep for 4 minutes.
Slowly press the plunger down.
Pour and enjoy immediately!
