What You'll Need:
Espresso machine
Finely ground coffee
Tamper
Scale & timer
Brew Ratio: 1:2 (e.g., 18g coffee to 36g espresso)
Brew Time: 25–30 seconds
Steps:
Preheat your espresso machine and portafilter.
Grind coffee finely and dose into the portafilter.
Distribute evenly and tamp firmly.
Insert the portafilter and start extraction.
Aim for a shot time of 25–30 seconds. Adjust grind size if needed.
Enjoy as is or use as a base for milk-based drinks.
