What You'll Need:

  • Espresso machine

  • Finely ground coffee

  • Tamper

  • Scale & timer

Brew Ratio: 1:2 (e.g., 18g coffee to 36g espresso)
Brew Time: 25–30 seconds

Steps:

  1. Preheat your espresso machine and portafilter.

  2. Grind coffee finely and dose into the portafilter.

  3. Distribute evenly and tamp firmly.

  4. Insert the portafilter and start extraction.

  5. Aim for a shot time of 25–30 seconds. Adjust grind size if needed.

  6. Enjoy as is or use as a base for milk-based drinks.
